Private ADHD, Mental Health Assessments & EMDR Therapy — online across the UK

Our
Assessments & Support

Everything we offer falls into two simple promises: clear answers, and real support. Whether you’re at the very start — wondering whether ADHD might explain what you’ve been experiencing — or you already have answers and need help with what comes next, our specialist nurses will meet you where you are.

Find the Right Assessment for You

We offer three types of private assessment, each available for adults and for young people. Not sure which is right? Get in touch — our team will help you decide, with no obligation.

ADHD ASSESSMENTS

Specialist Nurse-Led ADHD Assessments

Our private ADHD assessments are carried out by experienced ADHD nurses with accredited assessment training, using recognised, standardised tools:

  • DIVA-5 — the structured diagnostic interview for ADHD
  • BASC — the Behavior Assessment System for Children, for young people’s assessments
  • ASRS — the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale

Your assessment appointment takes around two hours and is conducted online — thorough, unhurried, and at your pace. Before the appointment, we gather the full picture through pre-assessment questionnaires: completed by you as an adult, or by parents and school for young people aged 10–17.

What happens after your assessment?

Within 10 working days you’ll receive a detailed written report, followed by a personal feedback call with your nurse to talk everything through. With your consent, we forward your report to your GP, your employer, or your child’s school.

An honest word about medication: we’re often asked about ADHD medication. As specialist nurses we provide medication guidance and support, but we do not prescribe — prescribing decisions sit with your GP or an NHS/private prescriber, and whether your local NHS accepts a private assessment for this purpose varies between areas. We will always tell you honestly, before you book, how this works where you live — because the right answer matters more to us than a quick booking.

Get Support

Support That Continues Beyond the Report

A diagnosis — or the decision not to pursue one — is a beginning, not an end. Our wellbeing and coaching services are available to anyone, whether or not you’ve had an assessment with us:

  • Mental health wellbeing sessions — one-to-one hour-long sessions with an experienced mental health nurse, built around whatever you’re facing
  • Wellbeing calls — regular supportive check-ins to help you stay on track
  • Life coaching — practical, forward-looking support for goals, habits, confidence and change
  • Medication guidance & support — help understanding your options and preparing for conversations with prescribers (we advise and support; we don’t prescribe)
  • Dietary & lifestyle support — everyday guidance on the habits that support mental wellbeing
  • Treatment guidance — honest advice on the support landscape and helping you find the right next step, whether or not it’s with us

Ongoing support is tailored — and priced — around your area of need, and always begins with a conversation about what would genuinely help.

Supporting You Every Step

We’re proud of the care we take with every person we assess — and we’d rather show you real feedback than tell you how good we are. As a newly launched service, we’ll be sharing genuine client experiences here as they come in, always with permission. In the meantime, if you’d like to know more about how we work or who’ll be assessing you, just ask — we’re happy to talk it through before you book anything.
