Private ADHD, Mental Health Assessments & EMDR Therapy — online across the UK
Plenty of services will assess you. Far fewer stay to help with the part that actually changes your life: understanding what your diagnosis means day to day, and building strategies that work for how you really live. Our ongoing support is delivered by experienced mental health nurses, one to one, online — and it’s open to everyone, whether you were assessed with us, elsewhere, or aren’t pursuing a diagnosis at all.
Wherever you’re starting from, the first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Real-world tools for focus, time, organisation, emotional regulation and overwhelm — chosen with you, tested in your actual life, and adjusted until they stick. No generic printouts; strategies that fit how your brain works.
Forward-looking, goal-based support: routines, habits, confidence, study, work, relationships. Your nurse is part coach, part accountability partner — someone in your corner who understands ADHD from years of clinical experience, not a weekend course.
Advice Honest, unhurried guidance on the full landscape of ADHD support — what exists, what the evidence says, what's realistic where you live — so you can make informed choices instead of guessing.
Help understanding medication options, what questions to ask, and how the process works — including preparing you for conversations with your GP or a prescriber. To be clear and honest: we advise and support; we do not prescribe. Prescribing decisions sit with your GP or an NHS/private prescriber, and local policies on private diagnoses vary — we'll always tell you how it works in your area before you spend a penny.
One-to-one time with an experienced mental health nurse when life is heavy, plus regular check-in calls to keep momentum between sessions.
Everyday guidance on sleep, movement, food and routine — the unglamorous foundations that make every other strategy work better.
Tell us what's hard right now. We'll listen, be honest about what would genuinely help, and suggest a starting point — which sometimes isn't us, and we'll say so.
Together we agree what support looks like: a one-off session, a short focused block, or regular ongoing support. Sessions run from 60 minutes, online, at times that work around your life. No minimum commitment, no pressure to continue.
You'll always work with the same clinician, who knows your story — no repeating yourself, no starting again.
We check regularly that support is actually helping — and when you're ready to stand on your own, that's a success, not a lost customer.
No. Everything on this page is open to you with or without a diagnosis — strategies help brains, not paperwork.
Absolutely — a large part of what we do is supporting people whose assessment, wherever it happened, came with little or no follow-up.
Entirely up to you. Some people want a single session to get unstuck; others value regular ongoing support. There's no minimum, and we'll never string you along — if you're ready to finish, that's the goal working.
No — we're specialist nurses, and we provide guidance and support around medication rather than prescribing. What we can do is make sure you go into prescribing conversations informed, prepared and confident.
